Vendor Checklist
All vendors selling goods must show proof of a California Sellers Permit
Obtaining a Seller's Permit (ca.gov)
Non- food Vendors
Complete Vendor Application Form below
Show proof of Yreka Business License OR Submit Daily Business License application and $5 to the City of Yreka. (the private property section does not apply)
Upon approval, pay vendor fee $110 for two days
Food Vendors
Including pre-packaged foods
Complete Vendor Application Form below
Complete Temporary Food Vendor Packet and submit to Siskiyou County Health Department
Show proof of Yreka Business License OR submit Daily Business License application and $5 to the City of Yreka. (the private property section does not apply)

Alcohol Vendors
Complete Vendor Application Form below
Hold a current ABC Caterer’s Permit (type 58)
Obtain a ABC Event permit (type 77)
Provide Supplemental Diagram for ABC (to be supplied by GRD coordinator on request)
Show proof of Yreka Business License OR submit Daily Business License application and $5 to the City of Yreka. (the private property section does not apply)

Non-Profit Vendors (not selling)

Miner/Broadway Merchants who would like a booth in front of your business

Saturday: Event starts at 2:00 pm, vendor arrival and set up at noon, concludes at 8:00pm. If you need more time let us know!
