All vendors MUST be available for the entire event, BOTH DAYS.

Vendor Checklist

All vendors selling goods must show proof of a California Sellers Permit

Obtaining a Seller's Permit (ca.gov)

Non- food Vendors

    • Complete Vendor Application Form below

    • Show proof of Yreka Business License OR Submit Daily Business License application and $5 to the City of Yreka. (the private property section does not apply)

    • Upon approval, pay vendor fee $110 for two days

 

Food Vendors
Including pre-packaged foods

    • Complete Vendor Application Form below

    • Complete Temporary Food Vendor Packet and submit to Siskiyou County Health Department

    • Show proof of Yreka Business License OR submit Daily Business License application and $5 to the City of Yreka. (the private property section does not apply)

    • Upon approval, pay vendor fee $110 for two days

 

Alcohol Vendors

    • Complete Vendor Application Form below

    • Hold a current ABC Caterer’s Permit (type 58)

    • Obtain a ABC Event permit (type 77)

    • Provide Supplemental Diagram for ABC (to be supplied by GRD coordinator on request)

    • Show proof of Yreka Business License OR submit Daily Business License application and $5 to the City of Yreka. (the private property section does not apply)

    • Upon approval, pay vendor fee $110 for two days

Non-Profit Vendors (not selling)

    • Complete Vendor Application Form below

    • Upon approval, pay vendor fee $55 for two days

 

Miner/Broadway Merchants who would like a booth in front of your business

    • Complete Vendor Application Form below for information only

    • $0, No fee

Saturday: Event starts at 2:00 pm, vendor arrival and set up at noon, concludes at 8:00pm. If you need more time let us know! 

Sunday: Event starts at 11:00am and concludes at 5:00pm
